St Mary’s Health Services is a privately owned organisation that offers quality care and support to people living with disabilities.

We provide 5 star care services for as little as two hour, or for 24 hours, 7 days per week, across metropolitan Melbourne.

Support services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and include:

  • Personal care
  • Home care
  • Companionship, shopping and transport
  • Respite care
  • Live-in care
  • School holidays excursions.
  • Support Coordination
  • Plan Management

Staff members recruited by St Mary’s Health Services have a variety of skills and qualifications and are experienced in working with people who live with disabilities.

Our employee database is representative of Melbourne’s cultural diversity. St Mary’s Health Services recruits employees at grassroots, working closely with ethnic and community organisations. St Mary’s Health Services will ensure employees understand the cultural diversity of our consumers and the great need to respect that status. In order to achieve this, the right employee is matched to consumers according to their individual requirements.

St Mary’s Health Services language diversity includes, but is not limited to, Russian, English, Filipino, Indonesian, Cantonese, Cambodian, Tamil, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Hindu and Punjabi.

All staff are accountable to the Manager and Director. They are responsible for the provision of care and support to consumers of St Mary’s Health Services and must be safety screened and skilled in working directly with consumers, their families and members of the community.
