Dedicated services for disability support

“I have engaged staff through St Mary’s Health Services for the past four years.
Initially St Mary’s staff were used to fill a gap in our workforce; supporting our clients who required personal care assistance. As St Mary’s grew, the staff base diversified and most recently St Mary’s have been providing staff for our supported accommodation and recreation programs as well as 1:1 support for client’s with challenging behaviors, complex personal care needs and community access requirements.
I have worked extensively with Kim Le and at all times she has proven to be extremely efficient, professional and reliable. Her level of care is extremely high; she values her staff immensely and ensures staff are suitably matched with the needs of our clients.
Kim’s customer service is exemplary. She is always thorough with detail and ensures clear and timely communication. On numerous occasions I have appreciated Kim’s calm and logical problem solving ability. On the odd occasion Kim was unable to fill a request for staff, she would be up front about the situation and offer creative alternatives where appropriate.
Kim’s work ethic and dedication are an asset to St Mary’s Health Services and the disability industry and I would not hesitate to recommend St Mary’s Health Services.

There has never been any mix ups and if they say a carer will be here, then one is here.
